Released yesterday by ISLAND, today’s track is one for fans of The XX. The singer’s raspy voice takes it away from the indie pop that the dreamy synth-ed up keyboard would suggest and the guitars that come in towards the end turn it into delightful indie pop/rock. This song doesn’t go where you think it’s going to go, building up to a climax that is only just touched upon giving it chilled out, emotional vibe. There’s also something really heartwarming and sweet about the music video if you’ve got 4 minutes spare.
